Bio

The principal player and founder of figments is Greg Hancock. Over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of disciplines makes Greg a very valuable asset to your production. He is an accomplished director of drama, documentary, commercials, stage and live events, a writer, trainer, camera operator, photographer and multimedia producer. Greg also brings experience as diverse as an editor, fencing choreographer, soundtrack producer, and writing children’s books to the table.

Greg spent 10 years working in the television, corporate video and feature film market in Toronto before moving to Baffin Island, Northwest Territories. Three years based in Iqaluit, and a further nine years living and working out of Yellowknife, NT, with both aboriginal and southern audiences and crews, exposed him to different styles of storytelling, and provided experiences that cannot be bought at any price. Now a resident of Ontario again, Greg is available to help you tell your stories to your audience.
